About the role

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the business, including the CRM system and ancillary support  systems.
On-boarding clients through a combination of a highly automated process and manual touch points.
Have continual oversight of the automated communication process with clients.
Communicate with clients and troubleshoot issues when required.
Monitor daily trades and the rebalance  of clients’ accounts when necessary.
Own the daily  reconciliation process and fulfill billing orders.
Evaluate and integrate systems, tools and processes that streamline daily operations throughout the Six Park business.
Identify potential friction points in business processes as well as opportunities to improve efficiency and communicate these with the Six Park team.

Skills and experience

Experience Required

Must have DFP/RG146 qualification
3+ years’ experience in the finance sector
Operations experience
Exemplary communication skills
Experience Desired

Tertiary qualification in management, accounting, economics or business-related field preferred
